Do you charge for a roof survey? No. Surveys are free and there is no obligation to go ahead. We photograph any defects and send an itemised written quote, usually within 48 hours.
How quickly will you reply? We answer the phone Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and reply to emails and web enquiries within one working day.
What if it is an emergency? For storm damage and active leaks, call rather than email. We aim to respond the same day, make the roof watertight and then book in the permanent repair.
