Should I repair or replace my flat roof?
If the roof is fairly young and the problem is local, a repair is usually fine. If old felt is cracking all over or the deck is soft, replacing it with EPDM or GRP is better value. We will tell you which applies.
Which is better, EPDM or GRP?
Both last much longer than felt. EPDM rubber is a single sheet with few joints, and GRP is a hard-wearing fibreglass finish. We will recommend one based on the roof.
Can you repair a flat roof in wet weather?
Some temporary repairs can be done in the wet, but permanent repairs need dry conditions. We will make it safe first if needed.
