Our first job is to stop water getting in. Once the roof is safe and watertight, we inspect it properly, photograph the damage and give you a written quote for the permanent repair. If you are claiming on insurance, the photographs and quote help support your claim.

How quickly can you get to me?
For active leaks and storm damage we aim to respond the same day. After a major storm we prioritise the most urgent jobs and will give you an honest time.
Will my insurance cover storm damage?
Many policies cover sudden storm damage. Check with your insurer. We provide photographs and a written quote to support your claim.
Should I go up and check the roof myself?
No. Look from the ground or from inside the loft only. Loose slates and wet roofs are dangerous.
What does a make-safe involve?
Temporary measures to stop water getting in and secure anything loose, until the permanent repair can be done.
