A roof survey from Legge Roofing is free. One of our roofers visits, inspects the roof and the loft where possible, and takes photographs of any defects so you can see exactly what we have seen. If you are buying a home, RICS explains the different types of property survey available.
You then get a clear, itemised written quote, usually within 48 hours. If the roof only needs a small repair, we will say so. If it needs more, we will explain why and give you the options.
